My Healing Journey

Hi, my name is Jeri. I am a certified Reiki Master who studied under two Reiki Masters who had direct lineage under Dr. Usui himself. I am also, a level 1 certified energy healer, with a certification in energy medicine under the Donna Eden program. Additionally,  I am a certified and registered 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Instructor and registered with the Yoga Alliance Organization.  

Before I found energy healing, I spent most of my life completely disconnected from my body, & I had no idea.

Suffering from severe anxiety and depression was my state of normal. From the outside looking in, my life looked incredible. From the inside looking out, I was living on autopilot, constantly held down by a heavy fog I could never lift. I tried it all - mental health support, physical therapy, diet, exercise, I could go on....nothing worked. My breaking point came in 2020 when my physical & mental health hit rock bottom. Enough was enough; I couldn't live this way any longer.

Out of total desperation, I tried Energy Healing. The relief was palpable.

Within 3 sessions, my mood shifted. I felt physically lighter. I experienced the first internal peace I had felt in years.

Within 3 months, I achieved a new level of clarity. I woke up happier. My anxiety became manageable, & even my ongoing back pain began to dissipate on its own.

Within 6 months, I saw a significant shift in my behaviors. Communicating my needs became easy. Listening to my body felt natural. Forgiving myself & others, achieving a deeper meaning in my relationships, & remaining calm regardless of external stressors became possible.

For the first time in my life, I felt a sense of harmony & balance. I was hooked. So hooked, I decided to devote my life to sharing this healing with others.
