Energetic Turtle, LLC has made an effort to provide useful information pertaining to health and wellness. We sincerely hope that it has added value to our readers and clients. Please take a few minutes to review the following Terms and Conditions, and by using the site and or registering for an appointment, you are automatically agreeing to them. Thank you.  

Privacy Policy

Energetic Turtle may ask you for your name, email address, and why you are seeking energy healing. This information is not stored and is intended solely for the purpose of each session. Energetic Turtle will not sell or share your information with any third party or outside entity.  

If you sign up for email notifications, this data will be stored on the SquareSpace server to provide email updates or calendar invites. This data is never used outside of that purpose alone.

The content presented on EnergeticTurtle.org is to share information regarding your health and wellness and should not be used as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.  

Booking an Appointment

By registering for an energy healing appointment, you agree to receive Reiki or “hands-on healing” or energy healing. You may be willing to share medical or personal information, and Energetic Turtle, LLC will keep this information confidential.  Before some sessions, you may be asked to complete a task (I.e., GAD-7 Anxiety Scale Quiz, an Ayurvedic Dosha Quiz, etc.) or other tools to help us guide you through your healing process. You may also be asked to sign a terms and conditions or a consent form depending on the state you reside in. If you are acting on behalf of an energy healing recipient who is not you, you are agreeing on behalf of the recipient by submitting an appointment booking or by signing documentation. 

Appointment Availability

Treatments are available by appointment only and scheduled at a date and time mutually agreed upon by both parties. Appointments must be made 24 hours in advance.  

Late Arrivals

Due to the practitioner's other commitments, a client who arrives late accepts their session will be shortened according to the delay in time caused by the late arrival. The full cost for the treatment will still be payable to the client.  

Cancellations

Please try to provide me at least a day’s notice. However, things happen, and that is okay. Please let me know if you need to cancel or reschedule your sessions.

Payment

Sessions are payable electronically. If this method does not work, please work with your practitioner to find an alternate payment method. Should you prefer to pay by check or cash, the payment must be made before the session starts.  

Energy Healing Appointment

Energy Healing practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe any substances, perform medical treatments, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. We are not healthcare professionals, and therefore, all Energy Healing treatments are not meant to be a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Only a licensed medical professional is deemed qualified to make a diagnosis or give treatment recommendations.  If you are experiencing an emergency or require medical treatment, please consult a licensed medical professional. Lastly, please consult a licensed medical professional before you change your current medical care, including stopping or starting any medications.  

All information provided during your appointment is based on frameworks from Energy Healing, Reiki, Yoga (Kundalini), Ayurveda, or another Eastern medicine view; the information and exercises recommended by your Energy Healing Practitioner are meant to be explored and not meant to be prescriptive. You are the only one who can tell what is right for you. If something recommended does not work for you, please let your practitioner know so they can find an alternative method that works for you.  

Effects of Energy Healing Appointment

Energy healing is meant to serve a person’s highest good. Based on this principle, the desired outcome may not be achieved in every session. Energy healing results are unique and are different from person to person. The information and testimonials presented on this site are, therefore, a compilation of different clients’ personal and unique experiences and do not represent all energy healing experiences.  

Client's Role

By scheduling an appointment, clients agree to accept full responsibility that they are in charge of their life journey, life choices, and transformation, and agree to take complete responsibility for their own health and wellness, and for the decisions that will lead to serving their highest purpose through the necessary shifts in attitude, nutrition, and lifestyle. 

Clients understand and agree that for healing to take place, several treatments are often necessary to support the process of healing. Long-term imbalances were not created overnight, and as the client you acknowledge it may take several sessions to see significant changes. Clients will recognize that this process takes commitment and time.   

Information, feedback, and recommendations during your appointment are geared towards increasing awareness. This process works best when clients are open and actively doing the work outside sessions. (I.e., The daily routine) Clients are responsible for identifying how to use the information provided and what works best for them. Clients agree that any information provided by the practitioner doesn’t come with any guarantees of effectiveness or success. Energetic Turtle, LLC is not liable for the results of decisions, actions, life choices, or changes made on the guidance and feedback provided during the healing session.  

The client agrees to waive any claim towards Energetic Turtle, LLC for any physical, emotional, or psychological changes, detox symptoms, transformations, or changes in outcome that may or may not be observed after the healing session.  

Liability

By using this site, you automatically agree to hold Energetic Turtle, LLC, harmless for any intended or unintended results of energy healing given and agree that Energetic Turtle, LLC, LLC will not be liable for compensation should any damaged or injury result from using our services which extends to the use of any of its sites, hyperlinks, and information shared. In the event of a site failure, computer virus, or interruption of availability to our site for any reason, please note Energetic Turtle, LLC, LLC is not liable for any damages, expenses, or losses resulting directly or indirectly from the event.
